I was surprised, when reading the ingredients at how little there was compared to other protein bars. The taste was not chalky like you would expect from other brands. My sons, who are both picky, are constantly trying to steal these from me. It is a nice alternative for me when I have a sweet tooth, I just make sure to factor it into my day and look forward to it.
