HOW TO USE
PRIMAL-T
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules in the morning. For additional benefit, on training days take two (2) capsules one hour prior to workout. Use Primal-T in a repeating 5 days on, 2 days off cycle. For best results, use continuously for a minimum of 8 weeks.
NIGHT-T
Take two (2) to three (3) capsules with 16-20oz of water about 45 minutes before you want to fall asleep. Be sure to take when you have at least eight (8) hours to devote to restful sleep.

Sleep better
Sleep well. Remember my dreams more vividly; potentially residing in my fourth stage of sleep more readily. Using with Primal T and test. levels are improved.

Love this!
I’ve been taking Night T for a little over a month now. My deep and REM sleep have significantly improved!! Before, I was getting less than an hour of deep sleep nightly. Now, I am an hour+ every night! I wake feeling more rested and ready to take on the day!
