Almost every protein stick is a blend of beef and pork besides Jalapeno Heat and Breakfast Sausage. Jalapeno Heat is only made from beef and Breakfast Sausage is only made from pork.
Can I eat your protein sticks after my workout?
You certainly can, however, it wouldn't be the best option in a post-workout setting. Our protein sticks are far more ideal as a tasty and convenient meal or snack to get more protein throughout the day.
