HOW TO USE
LEVEL-1 PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE
Add one rounded scoop to four ounces of ice-cold water or milk
One scoop yields 23-25 grams of protein. Use Level-1 throughout the day to help meet your protein goals.
For Best Results: You may vary the amount of liquid to achieve the desired flavor and consistency. Shake well or blend for thirty seconds or until smooth. Drink and enjoy!

I am not a huge PSL gal normally but I love pumpkin desserts and such. I love the protein bars for 1, and for 2- I loveeeee making protein balls and muffins with this protein powder! I have also done an iced PSL chai latte and that hits soooo good!
