HOW TO USE

DIRECTIONS:

MICRO FACTOR

Take 1 packet with water once a day. For best results, consume with a meal. Do not consume more than 2 packets in a 24 hour period.


OPTI-GREENS 50

Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces cold water or juice and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.


FULL-MEGA

As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

    Don't forget the little stuff too!

    In our conversations and in the app, we are constantly talking about the macronutrients in our food. I love that this helps me focus on the micronutrients as well. Starting out, I ate a lot of the same things (chicken, broccoli, rice, and salad) and did not get a wide variety of meats or even fruits and veggies in my diet. It is hard to balance it all on a day-to-day basis. I also am NOT a fan of fish of any kind, so while I battle chronic inflammation, omegas have always been something I lack as well. In the recent year, I have grown more and more aware of how important these little building blocks are in my nutrition each day and how I feel overall. I love that I have incorporated this product into my routine and never plan to stop! I have a house full of picky eaters that are benefitting from it as well! :)

    Perfect supplement pack 💯💪🏼

    I found this packets and the y are all the vitamins we need instead of looking for fife bottles of pills is just on pack per day with your meal and that it. 👍🏼

    Premium Omega-3's!!!

    Great Omega-3 Formula that doesn't give a bad after taste or burps. I see a significant different when I don't take Full-Mega vs when I am taking it twice a day. Highly recommend this product.

    I feel so good!

    I feel so much better on mornings when I take this vs. mornings that I skip it. I’m not a huge fan of drinking greens, but I’ll take this everyday because I feel so much better! I don’t have that mid afternoon slump, I’m staying well through the cold season so far, and my gut doesn’t feel nearly as bloated!
