For Joint Repair: Take 2 capsules upon waking with a meal and an additional 2 capsules with a meal, 6-8 hours later. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.
For Immediate Relief: Take 4 capsules on an empty stomach and eat a meal 30-45 minutes later.
For Best Results: Do not consume more than 4 capsules of Joint Mobility in a 24-hour period. Do not take Joint Mobility at the same time as any other products containing stimulants.
