On Training Days: Take one serving in the morning and one serving in the afternoon.

On Non-Training Days: Take one serving in the morning.

As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

    Great for joint health and soreness!

    I've had shoulder pain for a while and when I started taking Full-Mega, it drastically improved very quickly. Now, taking it over time the pain is actually gone. I am also impressed that I do not have any weird aftertaste or heartburn when taking these pills. They are big, but I don't have any problems swallowing big pills. No fishy taste or anything. Highly recommend.

    Adrenal Restore Great Product.

    Great addition to my daily vitamin routine. I’ve noticed improved mood balance and better sleep quality. I work in a very high-stress environment and have seen a noticeable difference in how I respond, more calm, more controlled, and more balanced overall. It’s been a great complement to help offset my typically high caffeine intake and bring much-needed balance to my day.
