Perfect.
My wife & I use this on our outdoor biking + walking days. It tastes great and keeps us hydrated along the way. We combine that with the hydration sticks in our water bottle during the ride/walk. Plus it has 60 servings which is fantastic! 🥰

I've taken this intra-workout and it has helped me power through some of the toughest workouts. With it's light lime flavor I'll add some Mio flavoring and have it during the day to boost my hydration.

Light Taste, Ultra Hydration
I used this product for electrolytes and hydration before my Spartan races! It tastes great while still being subtle and not too sweet. I plan to use it in my hydration pack for my next Spartan Ultra!
