I have trained for 5 years for endurance running and this has forever changed my fueling. It feels like you have superpowers and can perform about twice as well. I could not recommend a product more!
My rep said to get this for my longer endurance activities. I tried it before my ride today and I felt really strong. That was an improvement over my last ride where I felt like I was pedaling through mud. Today I was keeping up with the boys and felt strong for 2 hours of riding.
I’ve never used supplements before or during training. I got this because I recently started training for an Ironman. The best description I’ve got is it like having an extended runners high. I plan on using this for the rest of my training and likely during the race as well.
This is tasty and gives me the extra boost of energy I need during a high endurance workout! It tastes like I'm drinking a healthy energy drink, not too sugary and doesn't leave a weird after taste. 10/10 would recommend
