    Listen, personally, I think this stuff is disgusting. They did their best trying to mask it with chocolate. However, not everything that is good for you will be delicious. So why five stars? Because I can hold my breath while I chug this and I can follow it with half a bottle of water to mask the aftertaste, but what I can't do on my own is help my digestive health. I have struggled with this my entire life. I remember as a child having an MRI (CT scan?) and the doctor telling my mom I am literally full of sh-t. And now, a week into this product, and I'm feeling so much better. I have more energy, I'm regular, the bloating I constantly felt is gone. I am so happy. As gross as I feel this powder is, I am excited and happy to drink it every day because the way I am feeling is so worth it.
