Well guys, spring is finally here! The weather is getting nicer ... temperatures are heating up ... and I don't know about you, but a cool refreshing smoothie always sounds amazing this time of year!

And after following 1st Phorm Elite Athlete, Kerri Hayes for a few years when I was a 1st Phorm customer, in addition to getting to know her over the last 6 years while working here at 1st Phorm ... I know she's always got some delicious recipes up her sleeves!

So I reached out to her to send a few over my way, and she told me to share with the whole phamily. So here they are!

Blueberry Coconut Smoothie

Blueberry Coconut Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup coconut/almond milk

1 scoop Level-1 Blueberry Muffin

1/2 cup blueberries

1 tsp coconut butter

A few drops of stevia

DIRECTIONS:

1. Blend

2. Top with cool whip and coconut chips.

3. Enjoy!

Carbs: 28g

Fat: 8g

Triple Chocolate Shake

INGREDIENTS (1 SERVING):

1 cup almond milk

1 cup ice

1/2 cup water

1 tsp cocoa powder

1tbsp chocolate syrup

1 scoop Level-1 Milk Chocolate

Directions:

1. Blend and enjoy

INGREDIENTS (1 SERVING):

1 scoop Opti-Greens 50

1 scoop Level-1 Vanilla Ice Cream

1 cup almond or cashew milk

1 tsp Stevia (To Taste)

1 cup water

1 cup ice

10 pills or tbsp chlorella and spirulina

1 tsp of matcha green tea

DIRECTIONS:

1. Blend and come alive! 😃
