Grilled Chicken & Veggie Kabobs

Cook Time: 10-12 Minutes

Ingredients:

6 Oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Cubed
1/2 Medium Zucchini, Sliced
1/4 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
1/4 Red Onion, Chopped
1 Tsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
Salt and Pepper, To Taste
2 Wooden Skewers (Soak in Water for 10 Minutes if Grilling)

Directions:

For this recipe, you'll need:

• Grill or Grill Pan
• Mixing Bowl
• Skewers

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a mixing bowl, toss cubed chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Thread the chicken, zucchini, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers, alternating for even cooking. Make 4 total kabobs.

4. Grill the kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and veggies are tender and lightly charred.
