Servings: 1 (1 Serving = 1 Jar of Overnight Oats)
Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Cook Time: Refrigerate 4+ Hours / Overnight

Ingredients:

Overnight Oats:

1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Fairlife Milk (or Almond Milk)
1/4 Cup Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp of Salt
1 Scoop Magical Charms Protein Powder
1 Tsp Honey (Adjust Sweetness)

Optional Toppings:

Mini Marshmallows (1-2 Tbsp)
Crushed Magical Charms Cereal (1-2 Tbsp)

Directions:

For this recipe, you'll need:

  • Jar or Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons

1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla extract, salt, protein powder, and maple syrup or honey. Stir until fully mixed and no dry oat pockets remain.

2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

3. In the morning, check consistency. If the oats are too thick, stir in 1-2 Tbsp of milk to loosen.

4. Top with marshmallows and/or crushed cereal immediately before eataing to keep them crunchy.

5. Stir lightly before eating and enjoy!
