Healthier Chocolate Peanut Butter Eggs

Healthier Chocolate Peanut Butter Eggs 

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Freeze Time: 30-45 Minutes
Servings: 6 (1 Serving = 1 Peanut Butter Egg) 

Ingredients:

2 Scoops of Level-1 Salted Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
100 Lily's Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
1/2 Tsp Coconut Oil

Directions:

For this recipe, you’ll need:

• 2 Small Bowls
• Spoon
• Baking Sheet
• Parchment Paper

1. Mix the peanut butter, coconut flour, almond milk, and Level-1 Salted Peanut Butter together in a mixing bowl to form a dough.

2. Using a spoon, scoop out a spoon-sized portion of dough and shape it into an egg. Repeat this 5 more times for 6 evenly-sized dough eggs. Disperse them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes.

4. Put the baking chips and coconut oil in a small, separate bowl and microwave on high until the chocolate is fully melted. Remove the bowl every 15 seconds to stir the chocolate throughly. Set aside once fully melted.

5. Gently peel your chocolate eggs off the baking sheet and use a fork to dip each in the melted chocolate.

6. Once all the eggs are coated, place them back into the freezer for 15 minutes.

7. Once the chocolate is fully set, enjoy!
