Heart Protein Gummies

Chill Time: At Least 2 Hours
Ingredients:
2 Packets Unflavored Gelatin (0.5 Oz Total)
1/4 Cup Hot Water (Near-Boiling)
8 Oz Cold Water
1 Tsp Sugar-Free Jello Powder (Any Flavor)
1 Scoop Phormula-1 Clear Tropical Punch
Directions:
For this recipe, you’ll need:
- Small Bowl
- Shaker Bottle
- Whisk
- Silicone Molds (I Used Heart-Shaped Molds)
1. In a shaker bottle, add the cold water, protein powder, and sugar-free Jello powder. Shake well until fully combined, then set aside.
2. In a small bowl, add the hot water. Sprinkle the gelatin over the water and whisk continuously until completely dissolved.
3. Immediately pour the gelatin mixture into the shaker bottle. Secure the lid and shake vigorously until fully combined.
4. Let the mixture sit for 1 minute to allow excess bubbles to settle.
5. Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set. Larger molds may require additional time.
7. Once firm, remove from molds and enjoy. You can store the gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
