You get the point. These macro-friendly pizza pinwheels are such a great way to enjoy everything you love about pizza without compromising on your fitness goals.
They are simple to make and you can add additional ingredients based on your preferences! I love adding green pepper to mine.
I included a macro-friendly ranch that you can use for dipping these adorable roll-ups in as well. Trust me, it takes their flavor to the next level!

Macro-Friendly Pizza Pinwheels
Servings: 4 (1 Serving = 2 Pinwheels with 1/4 Cup Ranch)
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 12 Minutes
INGREDIENTS:
Pinwheels:
2 Multigrain or Whole Grain Flatbreads (8"x11" Rectangular)
1/2 Cup Pizza Sauce
1.5 Cups Shredded Fat-Free Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tbsp Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp Fresh Basil, Chopped
1 Cup Turkey Pepperoni, Chopped
Macro-Friendly Ranch:
2 Cups Fat-Free Greek Yogurt
1 Package Ranch Seasoning
DIRECTIONS:
For this recipe, you'll need:
• Large Mixing Bowl
• 8x8 Baking Dish
• Non-Stick Spray
• Mixing Spoon
• Conventional Oven
• Knife
1. Preheat the oven to 375 ℉. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
2. Mix the pizza sauce, cheese, basil, and pepperoni in a large bowl.
3. Spread the mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
4. Starting at the longer edge of one flatbread, roll the flatbread to create a roll and cut it into 4 even pinwheels. Repeat with the second flatbread.
5. Place the pinwheels in the 8x8 baking dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
6. While the pinwheels are baking, mix the greek yogurt and ranch seasoning in a medium bowl until well combined.
7. Allow to cool and serve with macro-friendly ranch for dipping!
