Take three (3) vegan capsules in the morning with food and a minimum of 16 ounces of water.


FULL-MEGA

As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

    Great prenatals

    They have been awesome! No issues with nausea or mood swings intensifying. I can function normal and not worry about reactions to this prenatal!

    Staple in my daily routine

    I started this because I was low in iron and this one does not upset my tummy. I have added this to my daily routine. I haven’t had my blood work redone yet but adding this and liposom vit D has helped improve my energy level though the day!

    Great prenatal vitamin

    I looked at several prenatal vitamins - but this one has the best vitamins and the amounts I need. And it doesn’t make me nauseous.
