Better than any other leggings on the market!
Best leggings ever! High compression which I love. If you’re between sizes, go up for a more comfy feel or go to your smaller for even more compression. I’m 5’9 170 athletic build- went with a medium and they’re tight, but that’s what I love.

Perfect fit
This is my second pair of Element leggings and I am obsessed. I am 3 months post partum from a c section, when I got cleared to work out again I wanted to wear actual leggings instead of joggers. The seam on other leggings sit right where my incision is, but these, these are a game changer; the seam curves up vs down so it went right over my incision along with just the right amount of compression to support and hold everything in one place for me. Not to mention they are buttery soft, which pp moms know that’s always a huge win in our book! I am slowly replacing my Athleta and Old Navy leggings to all 1st Phorm Element 10/10 over here!

Element leggings
I absolutely love these leggings! They don't fall down when I go running and they aren't see thru when I'm squatting at the gym.
