This stack is absolutely what I needed to get out of my rut. I was at a stagnant for a few months and decided to try this. 2nd week in and I feel it. The sweet cravings have subsided. My stomach has gone down and I have tons of energy. I do recommend eating a lil something before you eat... when I didnt I would get nauseous. Also for best effects drink lots and lots of water. I will continue this stack for the forseeable future. I combined this with the probiotic and Collegen. Loving it all.

Have been taking for a week and have noticed more energy and less cravings. Only taking 2 tablets in the morning 30 minutes before I eat breakfast.

I loved the bundle. I was a little torn on the instructions on the goddess but I asked the AI trainer to clarify. One thing between the two pills is you should put some sort of difference on the capsule because being a busy mom just grabbing two out of each bottle they look the exact same. Some sort of colored line or something to distinguish the difference would be nice but that’s just me going too fast.
