really helped with focus
I have noticed reduced cravings and just the perfect amount of energy. I do seem to have more focus on work projects which is a nice aspect to this supplement. I am only taking one pull a day but plan to increase to two pills a day. Occasionally, i feel the thermogenics but nothing uncomfortable.
