So I ordered this because I needed a new gym bag and it exceeded my expectations. Although about 2 months into owning it I had the handles start to rip off. But the phenomenal customer service at 1st phorm took care of the issue with no problems!!!! Thank you for a great product and great customer service!!!
The quality of the bag is the best hands down. Between the stitched logo and the 1st Phorm logo lining on the inside makes this bag the best out there. It feels very sturdy when carrying, not flimsy like most bags. Purchase one you won’t regret it!
Not only is this bag supremely high-quality but the amount of room and compartments I have for everything is actually amazing and I’ve never seen a duffel bag built quite like it when you open it up it doesn’t collapse and into itself. I have plenty of room for everything and then some and the design is just really cool. I’m honored to be rocking this brand when I go to the gym.
