HOW TO USE
FOR BEST RESULTS: Mix 1 scoop of Phormula-1 Clear and 1/4 to 1 full scoop of Ignition (Depending on your training intensity, goals, and carbohydrate initake) into 14-16oz of ice cold water post-workout. Shake or froth until dissolved. Let the shake sit for 30-60 seconds after mixing to allow the air bubbles to dissipate. You may also have Phormula-1 Clear and Ignition as a pre-workout drink if you'd like as well.

Delicious and great blending!
Love this product! I’ve seen other brands that have this product, however, i haven’t even considered them because these products are great. This is so refreshing in water and you’re getting protein without having a heavy shake. I really enjoy it in my water with fresh lemon added as I use the lemon flavor.
