HOW TO USE
FOR BEST RESULTS: Mix 1 scoop of Phormula-1 Clear and 1/4 to 1 full scoop of Ignition (Depending on your training intensity, goals, and carbohydrate initake) into 14-16oz of ice cold water post-workout. Shake or froth until dissolved. Let the shake sit for 30-60 seconds after mixing to allow the air bubbles to dissipate. You may also have Phormula-1 Clear and Ignition as a pre-workout drink if you'd like as well.

How many servings come in the Clear Post Workout Stack?
The serving size and number will depend on if you are a man or a woman. Phormula-1 Clear has 18 servings (scoops) and Ignition has 21 servings (scoops). However, for men, it's recommended to take 2 scoops of Phormula-1 Clear and 1 scoop of Ignition after a workout, lasting 9 total workouts. For women, it's recommended to take 1 scoop of Phormula-1 Clear and a ½ scoop of Ignition after a workout, lasting 18 total workouts.

I’ve had the other favors(watermelon annd cherry lime) and they’re good. 1p has the best clear whey out there macro and flavor wise. BUT THIS FAVOR (which I think taste like dippin sticks candy and my husband says pixie sticks) is sooo good. It hits the spot for a sweet treat like nothing else.
If this flavor ever goes away I will actually cry.
Oh fyi this product can be used to make sugar free marshmallows and omg so good with this flavor and the watermelon!

I love the flavor. I did struggle with getting it to mix without using a blender. Tried whisk, shaker cup and neither worked. The blender is ok but puts a lot of air in the drink.

I hate the taste of protein. I’ve tried so many protein drinks and I can’t get past it. The clear protein from 1stPhorm is the one protein drink I can not only tolerate, but enjoy. It makes it easy to get my protein in after a workout and I can feel the difference physically. Definitely recommend, especially if you don’t like milky-tasting protein.
