I love the Phormula Clear protein. I put it in my Shaker with some ice chips and it is so good. I started with the tropical punch flavor but then switched to the lemonade flavor. So far this is my favorite I have it every day.

This clear protein is better than I expected and I expected a lot from 1st Phorm because they always kill it so I’m not surprised. The sherbert tastes exactly like sherbert so it feels like a nice sweet treat to hit your protein goals and it’s not super heavy like a protein shake it’s refreshing and light. I will definitely be buying this again as soon as I finish it.
