Formula 1 is a fantastic drink. It has 22 grams of protein and no carbs, which makes it a great option for anyone looking for a satisfying protein drink. It is actually so sweet that I often dilute it, but the flavor is still very good and refreshing.
I enjoy drinking it over ice, and sometimes I add fresh fruit for a little variety. One of the things I appreciate most is that it helps curb my appetite, and I have had no problems with it upsetting my stomach.
