I've really fallen off on eating vegetables. Too much prep and concern. Enter Opti-Greens 50. Should I be eating more straight veg? Yeah probably, but with this product I don't feel so guilty. I'd say it jacks my energy up and I feel better, and maybe that's true or maybe it's placebo effect, but it does really give me a bit of a boost...especially if I'm consistent in taking it daily. Another bullseye, 1st Phorm!
