Take three (3) vegan capsules in the morning with food and a minimum of 16 ounces of water.


FULL-MEGA

As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

    BEST PRENATAL!!!!

    Took this months before, during and even after my baby boy was born and I love it so much!! Never upset my stomach and I believe it’s making my postpartum hair grow back! This has been a miracle and I would recommend it to everyone! Just a relief to know my baby got all the amazing vitamins and minerals needed to grow healthy and strong!!

    This is only my first time being pregnant. I got on the prenatal about 2 months before I got pregnant, because my doctor recommended I get on one. I have had a super smooth pregnancy, so far (7 months in). I love the quality of this prenatal. I trust 1st Phorm as a company/quality products. Which is why i chose to use this prenatal!
