Excellent Fiber Supplement
We all need more veggies in our diet but who has time to prep them or enjoy eating them! I have tried other fiber supplements but have to add more due to lower %. Multi Fiber that actually works! Holly CRAP! Pun intended
I recently started using the multi fiber. I’m on a high protein diet yet I was not meeting my fiber goals for the day. I run across this fiber and the reviews were outstanding.
