    Tastes delicious and does the job

    Love the flavor, easy to drink, and does the job at getting my fiber in. However, if you already get fiber from diet this might overdue it a bit since 9g of fiber is actually a lot so just track your macros including fiber and you should be good.

    The Best!

    I tried Metamucil and Benefiber to help with my irregularity, and both made me so sick and bloated that i had to stop taking them, I was miserable. I was on the fence trying Multi-fiber, but it has been the best choice for my health! I no longer suffer from constipation, bloating or cramps. I am regular every day and it really is amazing. This product is way more gentler than other fiber products on the market. I highly recommend it, and if you are sensitive to fiber supplements, like me.. try this product! It works:)

    Fantastic Product!!

    I needed to start getting more fiber, and I've always loved 1st Phorm products, but I didn't think they would necessarily have the best fiber out there. So I did some research and saw that multiple sources said it is the best combination of soluble and insoluble fiber on the market, and that's what I was looking for. I've noticed an improvement in my energy levels and it is helping with my blood tests at the doctor!!

    Nightly routine
