I was looking to add more fiber to my diet. I wanted something I could just add to any drink and be good to go. This was perfect for that. No flavor and mixes up well. I have added it to almost everything!
I have only been taking this for 2 weeks but I like the taste & it seems to be working.
Really like the unflavored fiber mixes well with my protein powder.
Very curious to how this will work. Going to give it a try.
