HOW TO USE

MICRO FACTOR PACKETS

Take 1 packet with water once a day. For best results, consume with a meal. Do not consume more than 2 packets in a 24-hour period.


OPTI-GREENS 50

Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces of cold water or juice and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.


FULL-MEGA

As a dietary supplement, take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.
