DIRECTIONS:
MICRO FACTOR
Take 1 packet with water once a day. For best results, consume with a meal. Do not consume more than 2 packets in a 24 hour period.
OPTI-GREENS 50
Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces cold water or juice and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.
FULL-MEGA
As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

Highly Recommend!
Won't go a day without using Full-Mega. Went on vacation and forgot to pack these and noticed a precipitous increase in knee pain when I got home and tried to run. It's one of those supplements that you don't notice how helpful it is until you stop taking it. Will take this forever. Highly recommend for anyone that struggles with joint pain and inflammation.

Love my greens!
I've been taking the Opti-Greens for almost two years and absolutely love them! They have taken care of issues I had with irregularity and I truly believe they have boosted my immune system. I even take them with me when traveling! They do have a strong taste, which did not bother me, but is something to be aware of. I find that really cold water improves the taste. I also add 1st Phorm magnesium to my greens at night, which gives them a great taste and also help me sleep!
