Opti-Greens are a staple in my morning routine. Alone or in a smoothie, never miss a day!
I've been taking Micro Factor for almost a year now and am very happy with it. I notice a difference in my energy levels when taking it verse my old multivitamin choices. I like the concept of not compressing all of the nutrients into one or two pills with heat. I do believe high heat effects the quality of the vitamins being taken. The omega pill doesn't have any sort of fishy aftertaste either which is a plus.
