HOW TO USE

DIRECTIONS:

MICRO FACTOR

Take 1 packet with water once a day. For best results, consume with a meal. Do not consume more than 2 packets in a 24 hour period.


OPTI-GREENS 50

Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces cold water or juice and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.


FULL-MEGA

As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

    One of my daily staples!!!

    Full mega is one of my favorite supplements! Something I take daily to deal with joint pain and inflammation. I’m getting old over here and I don’t know if I’d be able to push as hard as I do without it!!
