WHOLE HEART

Take two (2) capsules of Whole Heart in the morning with food and a minimum of 12 ounces of water.


FULL MEGA

As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

    Game changer

    Full mega is one of those supplements you don’t realize how well it works until you run out. As a seasoned athlete full mega helps keep the inflammation down from training. Plus the cognitive benefits too. Full mega helps keep me moving with less pain from stiffness joint due to inflammation. Highly recommend this to anyone. Don’t have to be an athlete to enjoy these benefits either.
