Birthday Cake Protein Balls

Ingredients:
2 Scoops Level 1 Birthday Cake
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1/3 Cup Sugar-Free Syrup
3/4 Cup Nut Butter
1/3 Cup Sugar-Free Syrup
1/2 Cup Melted Chocolate Chips
1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp Sprinkles
Directions:
For this recipe, you'll need:
- Medium Mixing Bowl
- Spatula
- Small Microwaveable Bowl
- Baking Sheet
- Parchment Paper
- Measuring Cups
- Measuring Spoons
1. Add the Level-1 protein powder and almond flour to a mixing bowl. Use a spatula to combine thoroughly.
2. Add the sugar-free syrup, nut butter, and sprinkles to the bowl and combine with the dry ingredients. Mix together until fully combined to form a dough.
3. Roll the dough into 15 evenly-sized balls and place them aside on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
4. In a separate, small microwaveable bowl, microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave them in 30-second intervals, removing and mixing until fully melted.
5. Roll each of your dough balls in the melted chocolate to fully coat each. Place them back on the baking sheet when completed.
6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes or until the chocolate coating has hardened around the balls.
7. Remove from the freezer and enjoy!

For this recipe, you'll need:
- 3-4 Cup Microwaveable Container or Bowl
- Fork or Whisk
- Measuring Cups

1. Add the pancake mix and Level-1 protein powder to a bowl or microwave-safe container. Mix them together with a whisk or fork.
2. Next, add the liquid egg whites and milk to the same bowl and whisk together to form a batter.
3. Place the bowl or container in the microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes.
4. Remove the bowl or container from the microwave, add any additional toppings you'd like, and enjoy!

40g Level-1 Birthday Cake Protein Powder
9g Stevia
15g Coconut Flour
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/8 Tsp Salt
135g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
32g Almond Butter
1 Large Egg White
1/2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
For The Frosting:
6 Oz 1/3-Fat Cream Cheese
10g Level-1 Birthday Cake Protein Powder
75g Swerve Zero Calorie Confectioners Sugar
1/2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Directions:
For this recipe, you’ll need:
- Oven
- 8×8-Inch Baking Dish
- Mixing Bowls (2)
- Measuring Cups
- Measuring Spoons
- Whisk
- Rubber Spatula
- Hand Mixer Or Sturdy Spoon
- Parchment Paper or Non-Stick Cooking Spray
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray or line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, stevia, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until evenly mixed.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, almond butter, egg white, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until a thick, uniform batter forms.
5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick (or fork) inserted comes out mostly clean.
7. Remove from the oven and allow the cake to cool completely, about 20–30 minutes, before frosting.
8. While the cake cools, add the cream cheese, protein powder, Swerve confectioners sugar, and vanilla extract to a bowl. Mix until very thick and smooth. Continue mixing until fully combined.
9. Once the cake is fully cooled, spread the frosting evenly over the top.
10. Add sprinkles if desired, then slice into 9 equal bars.
11. Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

1 Scoop Level-1 Blueberry Muffin Protein Powder
1 1/4 Cups Oat Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/8 Tsp Salt
2 Large Eggs
1/3 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 Tbsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Granulated Truvia Sweetener
1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries, Lightly Thawed
Directions:
For this recipe, you’ll need:
- Oven
- 9×5-Inch Loaf Pan
- Parchment Paper Or Nonstick Cooking Spray
- Mixing Bowls (2)
- Measuring Cups
- Measuring Spoons
- Whisk
- Rubber Spatula
- Aluminum Foil
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, applesauce, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and Truvia sweetener until smooth.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a thick, uniform batter forms.
5. Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to overmix.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top evenly.
7. Bake for 35–50 minutes, checking at the 35-minute mark. The bread is done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
8. If the top begins browning too quickly, loosely tent with foil after 30 minutes.
9. Remove from the oven and allow the bread to cool in the pan for 15–20 minutes before slicing.
10. Slice into 6 even pieces and serve.
