Who wants some absolutely delicious berry popsicles? Well, Emily Frisella and Darcy Kammeier have done it again with these delicious treats, just in time for summer ... and aside from the ridiculously good flavor, there are less than 40 calories per popsicle in each recipe!

Berry Cool BCAA Popsicles

INGREDIENTS (Makes 6 popsicles):

1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup chopped strawberries
4 scoops 1st Phorm BCAA - Lemonade or Strawberry Candy
16 oz water

DIRECTIONS:

1. Using popsicle mold, add blueberries and strawberries evenly in all 6 slots. (Optional: Substitute or add-in your favorite fruits, if necessary)

2. Mix water and BCAA's together.

3. Let rest for 5 minutes, then pour BCAA's into popsicle molds until full.

4. Freeze until solid.

• Pro Tip: Run warm water over the mold to help release the popsicle when ready to enjoy.

NOTES:

• Makes 5-6 popsicle. Get the exact mold on Target!

• For a little energy boost (61mg caffeine), substitute the BCAAs for EAAs.

1/4 cup Blackberries
4 scoops 1st Phorm EAA - Berry Blast
16 oz water

1. Using popsicle mold, add raspberries and blackberries evenly in all 6 slots. (Optional: Substitute or add-in your favorite fruits, if necessary)

2. Mix water and EAA's together.

3. Let rest for 5 minutes, then pour EAA's into popsicle molds until full.

4. Freeze until solid.
