Berry Cool Healthy Popsicle Recipes

Who wants some absolutely delicious berry popsicles?

These delicious, healthy treats came just in time for the temperatures to start rising. Aside from the ridiculously good flavor, there are less than 40 calories per popsicle in each recipe!

Berry Cool BCAA Popsicles

Servings: 6 (1 Serving = 1 Popsicle)
Prep Time: 5 Minutes


  • 1/4 Cup of Blueberries
  • 1/4 Cup of Chopped Strawberries
  • 4 Scoops of 1st Phorm BCAA - Lemonade or Strawberry Candy
  • 16 oz Water


1. Using popsicle molds, add blueberries and strawberries evenly between 6 molds. (Optional: Substitute or add-in your favorite fruits, if you like).

2. In a shaker bottle or mixer, mix the water and BCAA's together.

3. Let the BCAA mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the popsicle molds until full.

4. Freeze until solid.

Pro Tip: Run warm water over the mold to help release the popsicle when ready to enjoy.
