From waffles to smoothies and a high-protein dip, you can hit your protein and enjoy the taste of s'mores!
S'mores Energy Bites
Servings: 10 (1 Serving = 2 Energy Bites)
Total Time: 8 Minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Scoops 1st Phorm Level-1 Milk Chocolate
1/3 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
3/4 Cup Oats
1 oz Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Mini Marshmallows
DIRECTIONS:
For this recipe, you'll need:
• Medium Mixing Bowl
• Mixing Spoon
• Ice Cream Scoop or Big Spoon
• Storage Container
1. Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Using an ice cream scoop, shape the ingredients into 20 evenly-sized balls.
3. Put the bites into a container and store them in the fridge until ready to eat.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Non-Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 Scoops 1st Phorm Level-1 Milk Chocolate
2 Tbsp Low-Fat Chocolate Milk
1 Graham Cracker
1/2 S'mores Level-1 Protein Bar
Optional Toppings:
• Chocolate Syrup
• Chocolate Chips
• Marshmallows
DIRECTIONS:
For this recipe, you'll need:
• Small Mixing Bowl
• Mixing Spoon
• Rolling Pin or Food Processor
1. Crush the graham crackers with a rolling pin or in a food processor until they are crumbs.
2. Grab a small mixing bowl and combine the greek yogurt, protein powder, and chocolate milk. Mix with a spoon until smooth and thick.
3. Add the crushed graham crackers on top of the mixture.
4. Finally, cut up the 1/2 S'mores Level-1 Protein Bar into pieces, sprinkle on top, and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Low-Fat Chocolate Milk
1.5 Scoops 1st Phorm Level-1 Milk Chocolate
1/4 Tsp Sugar-Free Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
1/2 Tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1.5 Cups of Ice
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
• Whipped Cream
• Chocolate Syrup
• Marshmallows
• Graham Crackers
• Chocolate Chips
DIRECTIONS:
For this recipe, you'll need:
• Blender
• Cup/Glass
1. Put all of the ingredients in the blender.
2. Blend the ingredients together on high for 30 seconds to a minute (or until you achieve your preferred consistency).
3. Pour the smoothie into a cup, add optional toppings if desired, and enjoy!

Time: 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup High-Protein Chocolate Waffle/Pancake Mix
1 Scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Milk Chocolate
Cooking Spray
Optional Toppings:
• Chocolate Chips
• Chocolate Syrup
• Whipped Cream
• Marshmallows
DIRECTIONS:
For this recipe, you'll need:
• Mini Waffle Iron
• Medium Mixing Bowl
• Mixing Spoon
1. Turn on your mini waffle iron and allow it to warm up.
2. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together until combined. The batter should match the consistency of a normal waffle or pancake batter. Add water until you reach the desired consistency. If your batter gets too runny, try adding more waffle/pancake mix.
3. Once the waffle iron is ready, lightly spray it with cooking spray. Add 1/4 of the batter and allow it to cook for one minute. Or, follow the typical times for your waffle iron.
4. Add the waffles to a plate, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
