Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 Scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Blueberry Muffin Protein
3/4 Cup Frozen Wild Blueberries
1/2 Medium Banana, Frozen
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
Optional Toppings:
1/4 Cup Fresh Blueberries
1 Tbsp Chopped Nuts
Optional (For Thickness Adjustment):
1/4-1/2 Cup Ice Cubes
Directions:
For this recipe, you’ll need:
- High-Speed Blender
- Measuring Cups
- Measuring Spoons
- Serving Glass
1. Pour the unsweetened almond milk into the blender first to help the blades move smoothly.
2. Add the frozen blueberries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and protein powder.
3. Blend on high for 60–90 seconds, or until completely smooth and thick with no visible chunks.
4. If the smoothie is too thick, add additional almond milk 1 Tbsp at a time, blending after each addition until the desired consistency is reached.
5. If the smoothie is too thin, add 1/4 cup ice cubes or an additional 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, then blend for another 20–30 seconds.
6. Pour into a serving glass, add optional toppings if desired, and serve immediately.
