High-Fiber Peach Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 Ripe Peach, Pitted and Sliced
1 Frozen Banana, Peeled
1 Cup Fresh Spinach
½ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
½ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 Scoop 1st Phorm Unflavored Multi-Fiber (Approx. 11.5 g)
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Tsp Ground Ginger
1 Tbsp Honey
Directions:
For this recipe, you’ll need:
- High-Speed Blender
- Knife
- Cutting Board
- Measuring Cups and Spoons
- Spatula
1. Prepare your fruit and greens: pit and slice the peach, peel the banana, and measure the spinach.
2. Add all ingredients; peach, banana, spinach, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, Unflavored Multi-Fiber powder, cinnamon, ginger, and honey ... into a high-speed blender.
3. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until completely smooth.
4. Let the smoothie sit for 1-2 minutes to allow the fiber (chia and Multi-Fiber) to thicken slightly.
5. If needed, add 1-2 Tbsp more almond milk and blend briefly again to reach your desired consistency.
6. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
