Prep Time: 3 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 Cup Cold Brew Coffee Or Fully Chilled Brewed Coffee
1 Scoop 1st Phorm Salted Caramel Collagen
1/2 Cup (4 Oz) Fat-Free Ultra-Filtered Milk
1 Cup Ice
Optional Toppings:
1-2 Tbsp Whipped Cream
1-2 Tsp Caramel Sauce
1/8 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
Directions:
For this recipe, you’ll need:
- 20 Oz Drinking Glass
- Small Glass Or Measuring Cup
- Liquid Measuring Cup
- Measuring Cups and Spoons
-
Milk Frother
- Spoon
1. Pour 1/2 Cup (4 Oz) Fat-Free Ultra-Filtered Milk into a small glass or measuring cup.
2. Turn on the milk frother and slowly add 1 scoop of Salted Caramel Collagen while frothing. Continue frothing for 15-20 seconds, or until the mixture thickens and becomes light, airy, and foamy with small bubbles.
3. Fill a 20 Oz drinking glass with 1 Cup Ice.
4. Slowly pour 1 Cup of cold brew coffee (or fully chilled brewed coffee) over the ice. The coffee should be cold to prevent melting the foam too quickly.
5. Gently spoon or pour the collagen foam over the top of the iced coffee.
6. If desired, top with 1-2 Tbsp Whipped Cream, drizzle with 1-2 Tsp Caramel Sauce, and lightly sprinkle with 1/8 Tsp Ground Cinnamon. Serve immediately and enjoy.
